Pictures and a BBQ

This past weekend was a long weekend for our family. For Christmas we had given our moms a gift certificate for professional family pictures. Unfortuanetly the guy we had hired who has done all my wedding and bridals and such was unable to make it. But he was able to find us a replacement at the last minute. It ended up being a lot of fun, and I'm hoping the pictures turned out. Danny and I really wanted a family picture of both of our families together for our house. And we took several of those. It was a lot of fun.

Then later that night we had a huge BBQ for Danny to say goodbye before he leaves for Basic Training next week. It was so much fun. We had it at a church park that has a Volleyball court and a baseball diamond and a basketball court. All on a smaller scale of course. We had invited my family and all of his family. We had a great turn out. I am so proud of Danny and his choice to join the Air Force. I wish I had some pictures to post, but I was honestly having so much fun I forgot to get out my camera!
