Happy Birthday Danny!!

So Tuesday was Danny's 24th birthday! Yay! He chose to have steaks for his birthday which is a big treat in our family because I can't eat it. Steak and I just don't get a long at all. And since I can't eat it, I never really cook it. He always order it at a restaurant. So he asked for a steak and shrimp dinner for his birthday. Shrimp no problem... Steak, problem. It's a good thing we moved in with my parents haha. My dad was able to help me with the cooking of the steaks. Which I was very appreciative. Afterwards Danny had asked for home made carrot cake for his birthday. We have to make it home made, and when we say home made we mean from a box. Because once again it's my fault. I have a nut allergy so we have to make it ourselves in order for me to eat it and be able to kiss my husband afterwards :-P Then we opened presents. My parents gave him a really awesome Air Force hat. And Claire gave him a pretty picture she had drawn. And then it was my turn. I gave him a bag of Jelly Belly's and Jazz tickets for the New Orleans game on the 20th. He seemed pretty excited about that. And this weekend we are going out to Vernal to be able to spend time with his family for his belated birthday. We are so grateful that we have family close by. Some we have to drive a bit for but for the most part we can still visit family quite often.
