Yesterday was Danny's and my 3rd wedding anniversary. We didn't do anything too elaborate since it was Sunday and I just had a baby :P I was so excited about the gift I picked out for him. I had it planned for weeks. And luckily I bought it with a few days to spare before Miss Analyn May made her arrival. I searched high and low for a nice golf bag and within a reasonable price range. Lucky for me the BX had some really nice ones on clearance. They were marked down, and then marked down again! I felt very proud of my "Bargin shoppin skillz" And the best part was, I managed to surprise him! He had NO idea! Usually he knows what he's getting because I ask his help to pick it out so I don't pick out the wrong one :P
He surprised me with a knife sharpener! I've been needing new knives, and unfortunately those are out of the budget. So he went with the next best thing. A knife sharpener!! I never thought I"d be excited about a knife sharpener! But I am :) I am so blessed to have such an amazing husband! He treats me so great and never lets a day pass without letting me know how much he loves me. And he is such an amazing father! He doesn't complain about waking up in the middle of the night to help with Analyn! He loves holding her and loving her. Don't tell him I told you this, but he even gets excited when it's time to change her diaper!
I really can't believe it's been 3 years since we got married. It has definitely been an adventure but it's been fun! I am so excited to see where this next year will take us!
