Recent update

I guess I have a few things to update on. I'll start with last week...



Thursday I got done with work and got in the car and headed up to Vernal to hang out with Danny's family and Danny was gonna meet me there. It's a little closer to Vernal than it is home. And we had a lot of fun. We hung out with his family and we got to go shooting. Which was a blast! I think I want to go again. I even asked Danny if I could go duck hunting this year... He said no. I need a lot more practice haha! And I need to learn not to be afraid of the recoil of the big guns... I do admit that is still a little frightening they could hit me in the face if I'm not careful.
And then we had a nice dinner for Mother's Day and I said goodbye to Danny and drove all the way back to Utah county and spent part of mothers day with my mommy!

And then the rest of the week was pretty uneventful. And then Danny was able to come home this weekend. And we had a lot of fun. Friday morning Danny and I woke up and decided to go hike the "Y" and take the dogs. But we made it half way up and both Flash and I were not doing so hot. We were walking slow and panting while Danny and Jack were having no problems whatsoever. So we decided to turn around and try again another day. And then we spent the rest of the day driving around and looking at really cool houses.

It was so fun to have him home. I really miss him while he's gone. And I really try not to think about how little time we have together but rather enjoy every second with him. And I'm counting down the days til he's home again!!
