Texas was so much fun!

I know it's late. I've started to update several times and then I get distracted! So here it is... Finally!

Danny and I had such a fun time in Texas once we got there. Haha. On our way there we had a lay over in Denver where we had a 3 hour delay. First our flight which was flying in from Chicago arrived 45 minutes after we were suppose to be taking off for Austin. And then they couldn't get the plane's engines to start. (Yeah, not scary at all) And then they decided to jump start the plane. By the time they came up with that brilliant idea it was snowing so so bad we had to wait in line to get De-iced. Finally, ready for take off! The airlines were nice enough to give us free TV for the flight to Austin. That made the trip go by pretty fast. Then we were ready to land in Austin and just as we're about to touch the runway the pilot took a sharp turn upwards. Apparently the plane in front of us blew a tire and they had to sweep the runway for any debris so we got to circle the airport for about 5 minutes. And finally we arrived 3 hours later but we made it! .

We had a lot of fun with Malinda and Brian. And our friends Gabriel and Brittany! It was a lot of fun! Gabriel reminds me a lot of my good cousin Jordan so I had a lot of fun making fun of him! But all in fun and games of course!!

While we were there we got to go to the Austin Zoo. Which was very small zoo that focused in Rescued animals! that was really cool! We also went to the Driskell Hotel where Lydon B Johnson stayed a few times. They also say it's Haunted. But it was still really cool!

Danny and I were also able to go to the San Antonio Temple which was very very pretty. And it was very nice to be able to spend some alone time with Danny. After we got done at the temple we were able to meet up with Brian and Malinda and head towards the Alamo! That was really cool to see all the old stuff like books and knives. And they had a few memorials to all those who fought at the Alamo. And then we went to the Riverwalk which was really cool and romantic. Although I wasn't feeling to well and had a really nasty headache. So on our way home Danny stopped at a gas station an bought me a pepsi and some extra strength tylenol! He's so sweet to me.

And then the best part was Six Flags!! We went on the best day. It was cloudy but still really warm. So we didn't get sun burnt. And we had so much fun. It was hardly crowded and we rode almost every ride two or three times!

When we flew home Malinda flew back with us to surprise her family and then while she was here they decided to move back home to Utah! Yay! I'm so happy. It's been fun having Malinda here to keep me company while Danny's been gone.

Ok there you go, now you're updated... Well about our trip to Texas. Tomorrow I will update pictures and try to update about our last trip... Vernal for Mother's Day weekend!
